Like we state in our general policies we conduct tours as long as they are considered safe for the participants. They would be considered not safe for example if strong wind or another kind of a risky weather occurs which sometimes is possible as Helsinki is located on the coast like of the Baltic Sea. Our boating guides follow actively - for example - what Finnish Meteorological Institute tells about the weather.
In all cases, if the tour would not be considered safe to conduct by the representative of Happy Guide Helsinki / Hassu Tours Helsinki, we try to reschedule your tour. But if that is not possible the cancellation is considered to be a force majeure and there is no refund of your payment.
We require the price of the tour reserved as confirmation for the service. We offer easy to handle e-invoice that has a link for a card payment as our principal option. 
Timetable changes and cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the tour without cost. If unmanageable timetable change or cancellation would reach us less than 48 hours prior to the tour the service is considered full-filled hence there is no refund of your payment as the full payment is due. 

For the same price the tour is available in English, Finnish & Spanish. Other languages like French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian & Swedish for additional cost.
